Platylepas hexastylos (Fabricius, 1798)?

Embedded into skin of turtle around neck area. Strong striations of growth on surface
suggest this may be Platylepas hexastylos. Unable to get closer for a clearer image.
There also appears to be more than one species of barnacle on this turtle
