FAMILY : CHAETOPTERIDAE
Chaetopterus variopedatus Renier, 1804

These are the parchment-like tubes of a wide ranging polychaete worm. Rarely seen as it never
leaves this U-shaped home, it feeds by creating a current through the tube and filtering food
particles. Also known to be Bio-luminescent.
